Youniker has a manufacturing plant covering an area of 8,000 square meters with a clean and organized production environment, 20 sets of valve making machines can be manufactured annually. Youniker together with two paper bag manufacturers are owned by the same parent company. Having a total of 6 sets of Youniker paper bag production lines, these two paper bag manufacturers can produce more than 100 million paper bags per year. The paper bag plants provides Youniker a wealth of production data and an ideal experimental platform, efficiently ensuring the high reliability of our paper valve bag machinery.

Case Studies
At the end of 2020, an Algerian client came to Youniker for a ZT1962 valve sack tuber and a FM2018 valve sack bottomer. We proposed a tailoring plan for the clients based on their needs, the method to calculate the costs for paper bags production, and then we introduced the production process of valve sacks. The ordered machines arrived at the client's plant in March, 2021. Then in May, 2021, Youniker's installation helping staff arrived at the client's plant to help installing and adjusting the machines.
